These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Nos Colonnes.

4. Products and availability 

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. In the event of a product being out of stock, the customer will be informed of the expected availability of the product or will be offered an alternative product.

 

4.1 Product availability and prices 

We endeavour to guarantee the availability of all our products and to maintain the accuracy of the prices indicated on our site. However, in the event of stock shortage or obvious error in the price displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Should this happen, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund or an alternative product at the correct price. Any refund will be made no later than 30 days after cancellation of the order.

 

4.2 Pre-ordering products 

Pre-ordered products posted on the website as "Pre-orders" may be subject to longer delivery times than other orders. These delivery times will be mentioned on the website, but the products will in all cases be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation. Orders containing both standard products and pre-ordered products ("Mixed Orders") may be delivered separately and at different times. As soon as the Pre-ordered products have been prepared, we will inform you of their dispatch by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier appointed by you takes physical possession of the products, without giving any reason. In the case of mixed orders, the withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier you have designated takes physical possession of the last product ordered. The foregoing provisions are without prejudice to the contractual right of withdrawal of 30 days from the date of Shipping Confirmation which you enjoy for each of the products which may be delivered separately in the case of mixed Orders. If you purchase a Pre-Ordered product, all the provisions of these Conditions shall also apply to you.

 

4.3 Personalized items 

Customized items may require a longer production time than standard items. In the event of an error attributable to Nos Colonnes, return and reshipment costs will be borne by Nos Colonnes. However, if the error originates from the customer, the latter will be responsible for return and reshipment costs, as well as any additional costs for a new design potentially requested by the customer.

4.4 Sale or bargain items (BA) 

Products sold on sale or identified as bargains on Nos Colonnes benefit from reduced prices due to promotions or liquidations. Consequently, these items are considered final sales and are neither exchangeable nor refundable. We invite our customers to check their choices carefully before purchasing these products, as no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order has been validated. This condition is applied to encourage responsible selling and ensure that our customers benefit from the best offers available. Discount codes are not cumulative. 

 

4.5 Unavailability of bargains (BA)

When a product in the bargains is no longer available in stock, Nos Colonnes reserves the right to cancel the customer's order. In this case, the customer will be informed of the cancellation and reimbursed immediately in full. However, if the customer wishes to maintain his order and purchase a product equivalent to the normal price, he will have to pay the difference. This option implies that the customer accepts to pay the full price of the product, as originally offered excluding the promotion. Nos Colonnes undertakes to inform the customer of this option and any additional costs before proceeding with the modification of the order.

 

4.6 Discount codes 

In accordance with current French legislation, in particular Law no. 81-766 of August 10, 1981, known as the "Lang Law", discounts on books are not applicable.

 

4.7 Non-contractual photos

The photos of products presented on the www.nos-colonnes.com website are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. They are intended to give the consumer a general idea of the product. Due to the artisanal nature of our products from suppliers, it is possible that the products delivered may differ slightly from the photos presented on the website. 

 

4.8 Personalized products and design.

For customized products, Nos Colonnes offers a custom design service. Customers receive design proposals based on their initial specifications and have the opportunity to review and adjust the designs. Please note that the number of modifications is limited to a maximum of 3 revisions. Beyond this, additional charges may apply.

 

5. Disclaimer for Typographical Errors

Nos Colonnes strives to ensure that all product information, including descriptions and prices, is accurate and up-to-date. However, typographical errors or omissions may occur. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that all product details are always accurate, complete or up-to-date.

If a product is found to have an incorrect description or price due to typographical error or omission, Nos Colonnes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nos Colonnes shall immediately process a refund of the amount charged to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Prices 

All prices are in euros and include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Nos Colonnes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

 

7. Order

Orders are final only when they have been confirmed by the payment of the price by the buyer. Nos Colonnes will systematically confirm each order by e-mail.

 

8. Payment

Payment is due with the order. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. We offer secure payments to guarantee the confidentiality of your transactions. For French customers who do not have the international payment option, bank charges apply. These can be covered by Nos Colonnes on request and subject to acceptance. Please contact us to request a refund.

9. Delivery

Nos Colonnes undertakes to deliver products within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order is processed. Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed and vary according to the delivery method chosen.

Delays may nevertheless occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for reasons relating to the place of delivery. If we are unable to meet the delivery date for any reason, we will inform you and offer you either to continue the purchase process with a new delivery date, or to cancel your order and refund the full amount you have paid. Please note that no home deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

 

10. Withdrawal 

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without penalty and without giving any reason.

11. Returns and refunds 

In the event of a return that complies with the withdrawal conditions, Nos Colonnes will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products.

Items offered as gifts (such as a pair of gloves offered in a pack, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund. Returns for French and European customers should be sent to the following address: 18 rue Charles Graindorges, 93170 Bagnolet, France.

11.1 Return conditions and customer responsibility

In the event that a return is initiated due to an error attributable to the customer, such as an order error or the incorrect choice of a product (size, color, model), Nos Colonnes informs the customer that return costs will not be covered by Nos Colonnes.

The customer will be responsible for organizing and paying the cost of returning the product. Customers are strongly advised to ensure that the product conforms to their expectations before proceeding with the purchase, in particular by checking the product specifications and using the size or usage guides available on our site.

However, if the error is attributable to Nos Colonnes, we will provide the customer with a return label. In this case, the customer will not be charged for the return of the product.

In addition, if the returned product is received in a non-resaleable condition (damaged, modified, or visibly used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product), Nos Colonnes reserves the right to refuse the refund or to deduct from the refund an amount proportional to the depreciation of the product.

12. Warranties

Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Hong Kong legislation, allowing the buyer to return defective or non-compliant products.

14. Disputes

 

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or breach of contract between Nos Colonnes and the customer, not resolved amicably, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong, in accordance with the laws in force in the Special Administrative Region.

 

15. Modifications to the GCS

Nos Colonnes reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new terms and conditions will apply as soon as they are published online.

These GCS are intended to provide all necessary information on the sales process and must be accepted by any customer before finalizing the purchase on the site of Nos Colonnes.

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days under certain conditions.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not have to pay any charges for this refund.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

 

The return of goods is your responsibility and must be made to the following address: 18 rue Charles Graindorges, 93170 Bagnolet, France. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transport.

 

Gift items:

 

If goods were marked as gifts when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to him/herself to be delivered to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
